Анотація
Анализ последних работ в области изучения теплонапряженного состояния (ТНС) деталей камеры сгорания (поршни, головки цилиндров, клапанный узел) автотракторных дизелей с высоким уровнем форсирования по литровой мощности свидетельствует о повышенном внимании к нестационарным тепловым режимам. В частности выпускные клапаны, работают в условиях высокочастотных цикловых и низкочастотных режимах теплосмен, связанных с резкими забросами и просадками нагрузок.
Analysis of recent works in the field of heat–stressed state (THC) parts of the combustion chamber (pistons, cylinder heads, valve assembly) of automotive diesel engines with high boost on liter capacity indicates an increased attention to the non–stationary thermal regime. In particular, the exhaust valves are working in conditions of high and low frequency modes of cyclic thermal cycles associated with sharp and subsidence has thrown loads. Calculation of stress–strain state of the valve has confirmed the assumption that the cause of fatigue cracks can be macro–thermal cycles on transients and load–discharge. As follows from the study, register as soon as the voltage at the maximum steady–state nominal modes is not true and can lead to errors in the assessment of the durability of the valve. From the analysis of the data can also be concluded that the hollow valve better adapted to work with the low–frequency thermal cycles, and he should expect a higher durability compared to the production version.
