Анотація
Выполнена доработка метода построения амплитудно-частотной характеристики ультразвукового инструмента с использованием аппроксимации нелинейной динамической характеристики в зоне контакта при обработке неоднородных материалов и биоматериалов в режиме UAD. Проведена оценка влияния основных параметров технологического процесса (усилие подачи, рабочая частота колебаний, скорость вращения и пр.) на устойчивость и эффективность рабочих режимов. Приведены графики и диаграммы рабочих процессов в режиме UAD.
The method for constructing of the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the ultrasound instrument is improved by using an approximation of the nonlinear dynamic characteristic in the contact zone when processing inhomogeneous materials and biomaterials in the ultrasonically - assisted drilling mode. The influence of the main parameters of the technological process (feed force, operating frequency of oscillations, rotation speed, etc.) on the stability and efficiency of operating conditions was estimated. Graphs and diagrams of workflows in the ultrasonically - assisted drilling mode, when the feed force and the speed of the main rotation of the working tool were changing, are given. These will allow us to estimate the stability and efficiency of the selected operating modes even at the design stage.
