Зовнішньополітичні орієнтири сучасної Республіки Білорусь

Abstract

У статті автор розкриває основні тенденції зовнішньої політики сучасної Білорусі. Держава в умовах нових геополітичних умовах балансує на стику двох організацій: Євразійський економічний союз й Європейський союз. Особливу роль у зовнішній політиці держави грає політичний лідер – Лукашенко О. Автор статті аналізує роль лідера у взаєминах з Росією. У статті визначені нові зони конфлікту між Білоруссю й Росією, а саме скорочення поставок нафти, невизначеність тарифів на поставки газу, періодична заборона на ввіз товарів. По підсумку введення санкцій країнами Європейського союзу, Росія змушена була скоротити фінансову допомогу сусіднім державам, що негативно позначилося на політику Білорусі. Автор статті дійди висновку, що незважаючи на спроби Білорусі методом шантажу знижувати ціну на нафту з боку Росії, альтернативи російської нафти на білоруському ринку не існує. У цілому, у сучасних умовах зовнішня політика Білорусі визначається за принципом лавірування між євразійським й європейським простором.

In article the author opens the main tendencies of foreign policy of modern Belarus. The state in the conditions of new geopolitical conditions balances on a joint of two organizations: Eurasian Economic Union and European Union. A special role in foreign policy of the state is played by the political leader – Lukashenko A. Avtor of article analyzes a role of the leader in relationship with Russia. In article new zones of the conflict between Belarus and Russia, namely reduction of supply of oil, uncertainty of tariffs for gas supply, the periodic ban on import of goods are defined. On a result of imposition of sanctions by the countries of the European Union, Russia was forced to reduce financial aid to neighboring states that was negatively designated on policy of Belarus. In too time the leadership of Belarus actively uses cooperation with the countries of the European Union in education, cultures, science. The countries of the European Union finance this directions of cooperation raising degree participation of Belarus in the European foreign policy. The author of article come to a conclusion that despite attempts of Belarus by method of blackmail to reduce price of oil from Russia, the alternative of the Russian oil in the Belarusian market does not exist. In article examples of purchase by the state of Belarus of oil from Iran and Azerbaijan are given, but the quality of oil was lower Russian at the high cost of transportation. In general, in modern conditions the foreign policy of Belarus is determined by the principle of maneuvring between the Euroasian and European space.
