Підшипники кочення: удосконалення методу розрахунку (Науковий огляд)

Abstract

Проаналізовано недоліки методу розрахунку за ДержСТ 18855-94 динамічно навантажених підшипників кочення і упорядковано наукові публікації з його удосконалення. Це дозволило визначити основні тенденції розвитку теорії щодо розрахунку підшипників для виявлення напрямів перспективних досліджень.

The disadvantages of the method of calculation according to StateST 18855-94 dynamically loaded roller bearings are analyzed and the scientific publications on its improvement on the purpose of bearings, according to the approach to the construction of models, are taken into account, taking into account the factors of influence. This made it possible to determine the main tendencies of the development of the theory of the calculation of bearings for the identification of directions of perspective research, which consists in refining the coefficient of joint influence of metal quality, features of production technology, design and operating conditions, and coefficients taking into account damages from radial and axial loads. The influence on the resource of the bearing of factors of different physical nature, provided that their statistical independence is adequately established on the basis of probabilistic models, and the influence of the design features of the bearings and bearing units requires verification by numerical calculations.
