Abstract
Проаналізовано нормативні та правові документи стосовно можливості покладення обов’язків на інженера з охорони праці бути відповідальним за техногенну, пожежну безпеку й цивільний захист на підприємстві. Зроблено висновок, щодо правової можливості такого рішення.
Regulatory and legal documents regarding the possibility of assigning duties to the occupational safety engineer to be responsible for man-made, fire safety and civil protection at the enterprise were analyzed. A conclusion was made regarding the legal possibility of such a decision.
