Abstract

Стаття досліджує технологічний фронтир як стан технічної цивілізації, що перебуває в перманентній кризі. Розглядається, як зміни в техногенному розвитку, глобальна взаємозалежність та соціальні трансформації змінюють уявлення про лінійний прогрес і стабільну історичну мету. Еволюція філософії техніки переходить від інструментального розуміння до сприйняття техніки як способу відкриття світу та співіснування людини з технічними системами, де кризи є простором для розвитку. Технологічний фронтир – це край цивілізації, де ще не сформовані усталені норми, а нові форми мислення тільки формуються. Особливу увагу приділено космічному виміру, де людина існує в штучному середовищі та повністю залежить від складних технічних систем. Технологічний фронтир визначає постійний перехід цивілізації, де цінність не в досягненні кінцевої мети, а в здатності підтримувати осмислену незавершеність.

The paper explores the technological frontier as a state of technical civilization in permanent crisis. It examines how changes in technogenic development, global interdependence, and social transformations are changing perceptions of linear progress and a stable historical goal. The evolution of the technology philosophy moves from an instrumental understanding to the perception of technology as a way of discovering the world and coexistence of humans with technical systems, where crises are a space for development. The technological frontier is the edge of civilization, where established norms have not yet been formed, and new forms of thinking are only being formed. Special attention is paid to the cosmic dimension, where man exists in an artificial environment and is completely dependent on complex technical systems. The technological frontier defines the constant transition of civilization, where the value lies not in achieving the ultimate goal, but in the ability to maintain meaningful incompleteness.
