Підвищення точності вимірювання електричних давачів засобами вбудованого тестового контролю

Abstract

Стаття присвячена вирішенню задачі підвищення точності вимірювання електричних вимірювальних перетворювачів з нелінійними дробово-раціональними функціями перетворення засобами вбудованого тестового контролю. Розроблено інженерний метод визначення параметрів систем тестового контролю, який дозволяє за заданою точністю вимірювань отримати кількість необхідних розрядів АЦП.

The work was further developed the theory o f test methods to improve the accuracy concerning electric measuring converters that have a non-linear polynomial and rational functions of transformation. The linearizing and stabilizing properties o f the relational-difference operators correcting 'input was analised. It is proved that the operators can obtain an estimate o f the correction input signal of the formation test additive effects of two types of the same size and opposite signs or identical sign, but different magnitude. Designed engineering method of determining the parameters of test control systems, which allows us to solve the problem of synthesis and analysis o f test control systems: by the specified accuracy o f measurements to obtain the necessary number of ADC bits, or to solve the inverse is more often encountered in practice, the problem and calculate the accuracy of the system for a given bit ADC.
