Правовий механізм винахідництва

Abstract

У доповіді досліджено сутність та структуру правового механізму винахідництва. Розкрито його ключові складові: нормативно-правову базу, інституційне забезпечення, процедури патентування, механізми комерціалізації та захист прав. Обґрунтовано їх значення у формуванні прозорого, ефективного та збалансованого регулювання у сфері інновацій. Показано, що наявність дієвого правового механізму винахідництва є передумовою розвитку науково-технічного потенціалу України та її інтеграції у світову економіку.The report studies the essence and structure of the legal mechanism of invention. Its key components are revealed: regulatory framework, institutional support, patenting procedures, commercialization mechanisms and protection of rights. Their importance in the formation of transparent, effective and balanced regulation in the field of innovation is substantiated. It is shown that the presence of an effective legal mechanism of invention is a prerequisite for the development of scientific and technical potential of Ukraine and its integration into the world Economy.
