Вплив внутрішніх та зовнішніх факторів на конкурентоспроможність економіки України

Abstract

Відмічена актуальність проблеми конкурентоспроможності національної економіки та основні чинники, що обумовили її виникнення. Виконано аналіз впливу зовнішніх та внутрішніх факторів на конкурентоспроможність. При цьому акцентовано увагу на особливості перехідного періоду до ринкової економіки: тісний взаємозв’язок з економікою країн СНД, відсутність досконалої стратегії переходу, недостатньо ефективна державна політика та мінімізований вплив суспільства на характер перехідного процесу.The urgency of the problem of competitiveness of the national economy and the main factors that led to its emergence. The analysis of the impact of external and internal factors on competitiveness. This accentuated attention to the peculiarities of transition to a market economy: a close relationship with the economy of the CIS countries, the lack of perfect transition strategy, inefficient public policy and minimized the impact of society on the nature of the transition process. Among the features of public policy noted: not transparent privatization of the means of production; inefficient use of monetary and fiscal policy had a negative impact on the economy and quality of reproduction of the human capital; lack of effective innovation strategy and as a result – reduce funding and degradation of the material and technical base of scientific and technological research.
