Abstract

Reflection is regarded as mechanism ensuring the expression and development of human subjectivity. The results of empirical research showing that reflection can have both positive and negative effects in the human self-development are provided. Personal reflection contributes to the intergressive self-development oriented to social, ethical dimension, but prevents the progressive self-development, focused on the achievement of the individual success. It describes the technologies, stimulating reflection manifestation and development (reflexive control, team reflection, reflexive and circular questions, objectified technology), and technologies, balancing it (technologies, stimulating creativity, technology of immersion in action).
