Abstract
В данной работе рассматриваются неформальные институциональные факторы неэффективности формальных правил. Проанализировано влияние данных факторов на неэффективность формальных правил. Указываются причины существования неформальных институциональных факторов неэффективности формальных правил.
This paper presents the informal institutional determinants of inefficiency of formal rules. The impact of these determinants on the of inefficiency of formal rules is analysed. The reasons of existence of informal institutional determinants of inefficiency of formal rules are given.
