Emphasizes that educational goals are achieved largely thanks to speech skills teacher. In this regard, analyzes the properties and the quality of speech, which should have a teacher. Include tricks, techniques and methods of forming the rhetorical skills that are prerequisite for effective impact on the audience and successful student learning.en
