О расчетно-экспериментальном моделировании динамических процессов в виброударных системах

Abstract

In the paper the complete cycle of computations and research of strength of metalware and work of great-tonnage shake-out machine with unbalance drive for the large-size carriage casting is resulted. Its dynamic behavior was investigated in the process of work. Basic descriptions of machine which consists of absolutely solids are built, internal efforts which arise up from the blow of casting with a machine are shown. Experimental research of machine was conducted, oscillograms of tensions were got in the different elements of construction. Also stressed and deformed state was investigated by finite-element complex.
