Аналіз проблем прогнозування інноваційного розвитку економіки України на прикладі енергетичної сфери

Abstract

У даній статті проаналізовано проблеми прогнозування в інвестиційно-інноваційній діяльності в Україні. Показано такі проблеми, як визначення основного напрямку соціально-економічного розвитку країни; стратегії відновлення економіки; створення методичної й інформаційної баз; узгодження результатів прогнозування з державними програмами. Обґрунтовано необхідність розвитку нетрадиційних і відновлюваних джерел енергії (НВДЕ) в Україні для підвищення рівня енергетичної ефективності, енергетичної безпеки та вирішення екологічних проблем. Зроблено висновки і визначені першочергові заходи для вирішення поставлених проблем.In this article the problems in forecasting investment and innovation activities in Ukraine are analyzed. Such problems as finding the main direction of social-economic development of country, the strategy for restoring economy, creating methodical and informational data, coordinating results of forecast with state programs are examined. The problems of innovation in the Ukraine market are considerate in this article. The influence of the economic effect on the correct decision about the successful promoting innovation is described. In this article the problems in forecasting investment and innovation activities in Ukraine are analyzed. Such problems as finding the main direction of social-economic development of country, the strategy for restoring economy, creating methodical and informational data, coordinating results of forecast with state programs are examined. The necessity of development of alternative and renewable energy sources (NVDE) in Ukraine for improvement of energy efficiency, security and environmental issues is displayed and proved. The conclusions and priority actions to address indicated problems are identified and presented.
