dc.description.abstractRefractory cements play a crucial role in modern industry by ensuring structural stability under high temperatures and aggressive environments. This paper focuses on cements based on calcium aluminates and calcium titanates, which are known for their excellent thermomechanical properties and chemical resistance. The study explores current theoretical approaches to the synthesis and application of these materials, emphasizing innovative methods such as solid-state reactions, mechanochemical processing, and sonochemical treatment. Particular attention is given to the use of alternative raw materials, including calcium sources derived from industrial waste like eggshells, which contribute to sustainable and cost-effective production. The findings suggest that advanced synthesis techniques significantly enhance the performance of refractory cements, offering new opportunities for their use in industrial and construction applications. The paper highlights the relevance of ongoing research and the potential for developing high-performance materials with improved durability and efficiency.
