Механізми адаптивного управління діяльністю коксохімічних підприємств

Abstract

На базі аналізу сучасного стану діяльності металургійного комплексу та коксохімічних підприємств, визначено фактори впливу, ризики, що виникають у процесі роботи останніх. Розглянуто сутність, структуру, процедуру функціонування механізмів адаптивного управління коксохімічними підприємствами, яка враховує виникнення ризиків, їх класифікацію та ранжування за визначеними критеріями, оцінювання, а також обґрунтування адаптаційних заходів щодо ліквідації ризиків.Based on analysis of the current state of metallurgy, and chemical-recovery enterprises, the factors influence the risks arising in the course of the latter. It is proved that the introduction of adaptive management activities in coke plants advisable to build four of its implementation mechanism, namely, information-analytical, technical, technological, organizational, economic, administrative and legal. With information-analytical system mechanism of adaptive management company will be able to analyze competitive factors, international, internal and external environment and favorable levels of government. Based on this analysis found the risks are ranked by importance and evaluated for impact on the enterprise. With the organizational and economic mechanism of adaptive enterprise substantiate measures for mastering risks, developing the organization and expect their economic efficiency. The essence of the administrative and legal mechanism of adaptive control systems is to assess the legal capacity to conduct the proposed adaptation measures and developing administrative materials on their implementation.
