Управління інноваційним потенціалом підприємства в сучасних умовах ведення бізнесу

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано теоретичні підходи до визначення поняття "управління інноваційним потенціалом підприємства" та доведено роль та значимість цього процесу для розвитку українських підприємств в сучасних умовах ведення бізнесу. У галузях, в яких використовуються інновації, підприємства активно змагаються у швидкості їх впровадження. Уміння формувати й ефективно використовувати інноваційний потенціал стає вирішальним фактором забезпечення конкурентоспроможності та розвитку вітчизняних підприємств. Також у статті розкрито сутність процесу управління інноваційним потенціалом підприємства в сучасних умовах ведення бізнесу, виявлено основні проблеми та основні напрями їх вирішення.The article analyzes theoretical approaches to the definition of "management innovation potential of the company" and brought the role and importance of this process for the development of Ukrainian business in the current business environment. In industries that use innovation, companies competing in the speed of their implementation. The ability to form innovative and effective use of the potential of becoming a crucial factor in ensuring the competitiveness and development of domestic enterprises. Also in the article the essence of the process of innovative potential of the enterprise in modern conditions of business identified the main problems and the main directions of their solution.
