Abstract

From positions of social philosophy the thorny problems, predefined by those circumstances, in that Ukraine, and their mental and ethical aspects, appeared today, are analysed. Russian aggression, overcoming of internal dissidence, critical rethinking of historical experience examined in the general context of search of ways of realization of the expected public converting into our country. It is argued it is well-proven that swingeing majority of population of country is examined the armed opposition in east areas as the war untied by Russia against Ukraine. Research of extraordinarily stumper of political and moral responsibility comes forward as a central moment of the article. Develop position of К. Jaspers four concepts of guilt and corresponding to them types of responsibility appear at that: criminal, political, moral and metaphysica l. Separate attention applies on position of intelligence in the evaluation of the events related to revolution of dignity, and in her taking part in the election. Underline fundamental difference between Ukrainian and Russian people in the degree of realization by them to the necessity of the internal clearing, spiritual revival and increase of political responsibility for the fate of human civilization.
