dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено теoретичні i практичні заcади оцінки економічної безпеки промислових підприємств. Проаналізовано економічну літературу і виявлено та систематизовано класифікацію підходів до оцінки економічної безпеки.Два основні із них - оцінка без розрахунку інтегрального показника; та оцінка за допомогою розрахунку інтегрального показника. Доведено, що при оцінці економічної безпеки промислового підприємства важливо врахувати різні показники. Тому найкраще врахувати показники, що характеризують основні функціональні складові економічної безпеки: фінансову, кадрову, виробничо-збутову та техніко-технічну. Запропоновані для розрахунку показники сильно відрізняються і характеризуються несумісністю нормативних значень, тому рекомендовано приведення їх до однієї основи. Для цього розроблено шкалу оцінювання показників за кожною складовою в залежності від нормативного значення та від ступеня впливу на безпеку підприємства. Для визначення вагових коефіцієнтів функціональних складових економічної безпеки промислових підприємств, сума яких повинна дорівнювати одиниці, було проведено експертне опитування. Запропоновано ідентифікувати чотири рівні економічної безпеки промислового підприємства: критичний, низький, середній та високий. Оскільки максимально можливе значення коефіцієнта економічної безпеки становить – 1, то для визначення меж рівнів економічної безпеки пропонується використовувати інтервал з кроком 0,25. Запропоновано удосконалений автором методичний підхід до оцінки економічної безпеки промислових підприємств, який на відміну від інших враховує особливості функціонування промислових підприємств та кожну із основних функціональних складових (фінансову, кадрову, техніко-технологічну та виробничо-збутову) та дозволяє більш повно і точно оцінити рівень економічної безпеки.
dc.description.abstractThe article examines the theoretical and practical tasks of assessing the economic security of industrial enterprises. The economic literature was analyzed and the classification of approaches to the assessment of economic security was identified and systematized. The two main ones are the assessment without calculating the integral indicator; and evaluation using the calculation of the integral indicator. It has been proven that when assessing the economic security of an industrial enterprise, it is important to take into account various indicators. Therefore, it is best to take into account indicators characterizing the main functional components of economic security: financial, personnel, production-sales and technical-technical. The indicators proposed for calculation differ greatly and are characterized by the incompatibility of normative values, therefore it is recommended to bring them to the same basis. For this purpose, a rating scale has been developed for each component, depending on the normative value and the degree of impact on the safety of the enterprise. An expert survey was conducted to determine the weighting coefficients of the functional components of economic security of industrial enterprises, the sum of which should be equal to one. As a result of the expert survey, the weighting coefficients of the functional components of the economic security of the industrial enterprise were determined: financial - 0.243; personnel – 0.242; technical and technological - 0.262; production and sales - 0.253. It is proposed to identify four levels of economic security of an industrial enterprise: critical, low, medium and high. Since the maximum possible value of the coefficient of economic security is 1, it is suggested to use an interval with a step of 0.25 to determine the limits of the levels of economic security. A methodical approach to assessing the economic security of industrial enterprises improved by the author is proposed, which, unlike others, takes into account the peculiarities of the functioning of industrial enterprises and each of the main functional components (financial, personnel, technical-technological and production-marketing) and allows a more complete and accurate assessment of the level of economic security.
