Необхідність впровадження інформаційної системи управління бізнес-процесами підприємства

Abstract

Досліджено інформаційну систему управління підприємством, як набір інтегрованих програм, які комплексно підтримують основні аспекти управлінської діяльності підприємства. Встановлено, що системний підхід в управлінському процесі підкреслює важливість інтеграції інформаційних систем з охопленням різних видів діяльності (маркетинг і збут, виробництво, закупівлі, фінанси), що підвищує якість управління за рахунок координації та інформаційного обміну, забезпечуючи тим самим отримання додаткового ефекту. Визначено, що основу для інтеграції утворюють різні бізнес-процеси, процес прийняття рішень. Доведено, що сучасні ERP-системи надають можливість вирішення завдань інтеграції при плануванні, управлінні та контролі роботи підприємства. ERP інформаційні системи управління діють на основі об'єднаної ІТ-платформи в рамках єдиного стандарту обміну даними. Вдала інформаційна інтеграція сприяє усуненню дублювання інформаційних потоків, визначенню єдиного стандарту інформаційних процесів, виконанню операцій з інформаційного перетворення. При цьому формуються єдині вимоги до форм і методів зберігання, передачі та подання інформації.
