У даній статті розглянуті питання розвитку інформаційних технологій управління при реалізації принципів реінжинірингу. У роботі висвітлюються питання щодо особливостей формування системи реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів як складової ланки використання сучасних інформаційних технологій.
