Abstract

Адаптация рекомендаций МАГАТЭ позволяет сохранять и передавать накопленные в течение пятидесяти лет знания в области ядерной энергетики с целью поддержки безопасного и эффективного функционирования действующих АЭС. В статье проанализирована природа явных и неявных знаний, а так же аспекты управления знаниями в ядерной энергетике. Представленные фазы реализации инициатив в УЗ, позволяющие сохранять знания сотрудников, которые в скором времени могут покинуть организацию. Проанализированы перспективы использования инструментов УЗ в контексте развития ядерных технологий в мире.Adapting the IAEA recommendations allows the nuclear knowledge preservation and transfer over fifty years of nuclear energy development. The article analyzes the nature of explicit and implicit knowledge, as well as aspects of knowledge management in nuclear energy development. The presented phases of the knowledge management allows you to preserve the knowledge of employees who will soon be able to leave the organization. The prospects of using knowledge management tools in the context of the development of nuclear technologies in the worldwere analyzed.
