Abstract
Розглянуто задачу управління обслуговуванням сукупності нестаціонарних потоків на вході вузла комп’ютерної мережі. Введено критерії ефективності управління. Отримано співвідношення, що задають параметри раціонального управління.
It was considered the task of transient flow aggregation control on network hub entrance. It was introduced the criteria of control affectivity. Equations that set parameters of rational control were got.
