Abstract
В работе рассматривается и анализируется сущность понятия "компетенция". Рассматривается различные взгляды учёных на понятие "компетенция". На основе анализа предлагается развитие понятия "компетенция".
The article deals with questions of the essence of the concept of competence. Different views of scholars in the study concept are specified. Based on the analysis the original concept of competence are suggested.
