Сучасні технології формування регіонального освітнього простору

Abstract

The article contains a retrospective analysis of the introduction of social technologies in the educational space of the region. The features of the modern development of education within the global and local processes are revealed. It is stated that social technologies are permanently initiated and introduced into the educational space. Technologies accompany non-linearity of social processes, minimize risks and ensure the functioning of social objects within the limits of resources. The stages of Ukrainian education development are investigated in accordance with specifics of technology implementation. It is determined that the specificity of the modern stage of education development is associated with deployment of globalization, glocalization and outsourcing. It is determined that the current stage of development of educational space is associated with creation of various network structures. It has been revealed that modern technologies for the formation of regional educational space are aimed at, firstly, creation of large educational complexes; secondly, creation of integrated regional professional colleges and lyceums on the basis of integration, reorganization and merger of educational institutions; thirdly, creation of inter-city educational complexes in small cities and rural areas, including an evening school, an employment service training center, libraries, vocational schools, etc .; fourth, creation of corporate educational complexes in the form of educational organizations on the basis of horizontal and organizational integration of educational institutions and social partners; and finally, preservation, strengthening and resource support of unique educational institutions.
