Анотація
Проведен анализ электромагнитных процессов в металле кругового соленоида-индуктора конечной толщины, размещённого между массивными многовитковыми катушками бифиляра с однонаправленными токами, получены расчётные соотношения. Предложенная физико-математическая модель позволяет исследовать влияние полей обмоток бифиляра на электромагнитные процессы в металле индуктора, что необходимо для формулирования условий практической работоспособности исследованной индукторной системы в целом. Найдена аналитическая пространственно-временная зависимость индуцированного тока при возбуждении системы гармоническими токами в массивных обмотках бифиляра. Полученные результаты дают возможность анализа и конкретных вычислений, направленных на поиск условий успешной технической реализации предложенной индукторной системы.
The aim of this work is to obtain design relationships for the analysis of electromagnetic processes in real metal of a circular solenoid-inductor of finite thickness, located between massive multi-turn coilsof a bifilar with unidirectional currents. This work is a consistent continuation of the author's ideas and research aimed at the development and creation of circuits of equipment for magnetic-pulse metal processing. The list of literary sources contains the author’s works, where the investigated system was first proposed and, in the framework of acceptedidealizations, the characteristics of the proceeding electromagnetic processes were calculated. This work significantly expands the possibilities for subsequent theoretical studies, since it offers a more adequate physical and mathematical model of a planar inductor system with massive windings of a bifilar coil, in the space between which there is a flat multi-turn circular solenoid. The proposed model allows us to study the effect of the fieldsof bifilar windings on electromagnetic processes in the metal of the inductor solenoid itself, which isnecessary to formulate the conditions for the practical operability of the investigated inductor system as a whole. As a result of solving the boundary-value problem of electrodynamics, an analytical spatio-temporal dependence of the current induced in the metal of a planar circular inductor was found when the system was excited by harmonic currents in the massive windings of the bifilar. The obtained result allows analysis and specific calculations aimed at finding the conditions for successful technical implementation of the proposed inductor system.
