Abstract
In this article are studied the development of competencies and competency models by reviewing and integrating the literature on competency modeling. As a field of study selected by basic competencies targeted engineering specialities, and their impact on the development of labor potential.
У статті вивчається розвиток компетенцій та їх моделей за допомогою аналізу та літературного огляду з компетентнісного моделювання. В якості області дослідження обрані базові компетенції цільових інженерних спеціальностей та їх вплив на розвиток трудового потенціалу.
