Abstract

An analysis of the ways to optimize the cutting process systems is given and the place of diagnostic and adaptive systems shown to optimize technological processes of machining at the production stage. It is proposed to consider in conjunction two concurrently running technical processes: the main cutting process and control one, which is the matching process. The results of an experimental study of adaptive control system for CNC coordinate boring machine are given.
