Abstract

The main problem of the contact connection is the weakening of the density of the bolted connection and the increase in the contact resistance of the contact, as a result, according to the Joule-Lenz law, the connection over-heats, followed by the development of an accident and the disconnection of electrical equipment. Existing methods of non-destructive testing of a holistic connection do not allow determining the initial moment of attenuation of a current-carrying connection. The developed mathematical models allowed to formulate the conditions for detecting the initial moment of the emergency mode for different current load modes.
