Анализ температурного деформирования составных пресс-форм для обработки порошковых материалов

Abstract

This paper considers thermal deformation of composite molds for the processing of powders of high strength, refractory materials. The design scheme in the context of axisymmetric formulation is created. The problem was solved by the finite element method; basic element was selected as four nodal axisymmetric one with bilinear approximation of nodal displacements and temperature. The problem of transient heat-transferring was solved, and then the analysis problem of the stress-strain state at various modes of temperature distribution was solved too.
