Політичне лідерство в Україні: гендерний аспект

Abstract

Проблема політичного лідерства існувала у всі часи і завжди привертала до себе увагу. Довгий час вона вивчалась без урахування соціальної статі. Хоча філософи усіх історичних періодів звертались до трактування ролі жінки в суспільстві. В ХХ ст. жінки заявили про себе на політичній арені. Метою дослідження є виявлення особливостей та механізмів формування жіночого політичного лідерства в Україні. Відносно цієї мети у статті звертається увага на процеси соціалізації, які повинні сприяти подоланню гендерних стереотипів щодо участі жінок в політичному процесі та ролі політичних партій у залучені жінок до політики. З часу проголошення державної незалежності України проблеми участі жінок у політиці, жіночого політичного лідерства в Україні набули надзвичайної актуальності. Розробкою цієї проблематики на сучасному етапі розвитку українського політикуму класично вивчається в рамках гендерного підходу, таким чином усвідомлення того, що суспільніявища по-різному впливають на чоловіків та жінок, викликають у них неоднакові реакції є ключовою парадигмою статті. Обмін досвідом і наставництво більш досвідчених жінок-політиків, поглиблене вивчення та тренінги з основ державного управління, лідерства, публічних виступів повинні організовувати політичні партії для підтримки професійного розвитку своїх кандидаток-жінок, таким чином посилювати позиції партії в конкурентній передвиборчій боротьбі.

The problem of political leadership has existed at all times and has always attracted attention. For a long time, it was studied without taking into account the social gender of a politician. Although philosophers of all historical periods turned to the interpretation of the role of women in society. In the twentieth century. women have declared themselves in the political arena. The aim of the study is to identify the features and mechanisms of the formation of women's political leadership in Ukraine. Regarding this goal, the article reveals the processes of socialization, which should contribute to overcoming gender stereotypes regarding women's participation in the political process and the role of political parties in engaging women in politics. Since the declaration of state independence of Ukraine, the problem of women's participation in politics and women's political leadership in Ukraine has become extremely urgent. The development of this issue at the present stage of development of Ukrainian politicians is classically carried out within the framework of a gender approach, thus, the realization that social phenomena affect men and women differently and cause different reactions in them is the key paradigm of the article. The exchange of experience and mentoring more experienced women politicians, in-depth study and training on the basics of public administration, leadership, public speaking should organize political parties to support the professional development of their female candidates, thus strengthening the party’s position in the competitive election campaign.
