dc.description.abstractПроведено дослідження та критичний аналіз існуючої на сьогодні практики вартісного оцінювання інтелектуально-інноваційних технологій, запропоновано авторський інтегральний стандартно-індексний підхід до визначення вартості технологічних продуктів промислового призначення, зміст якого зводиться до аналітичних та методичних положень, а також форми компенсаційного фінансування трансфертних операцій; проаналізовано набір методів визначення вартості технології, які традиційно поєднують у три основних підходи з можливістю здійснення їх комбінацій, також визначено, що методичні підходи до вартісної оцінки інтелектуально-інноваційних технологій має значну кількість різновидів, тому нами запропоновано сучасні методи оцінювання вартості об'єкта трансферу технологій. Авторами визначено, що ураховуючи характер і силу впливу ризиків на процес успішного впровадження технології у господарську діяльність підприємства-реципієнта, встановлюється коригуючий коефіцієнт за критерієм "ризикованість успішного освоєння технології".uk
dc.description.abstractA study and a critical analysis of the current practice of valuation of intellectual-innovative technologies has been carried out, an author's integrated standard-index approach to determining the cost of industrial technology products is proposed, the content of which is reduced to analytical and methodological provisions, as well as forms of compensation financing for transfer operations; a set of methods for determining the cost of technology, which are traditionally combined into three basic approaches with the possibility of implementing their combinations, is also analyzed, it is also determined that methodological approaches to the valuation of intellectual-innovative technologies have a significant number of varieties, therefore, we proposed modern methods for estimating the cost of the technology transfer facility. The authors found that taking into accou nt the nature and power of the impact of risks on the process of successful introduction of technology into the economic activity of the recipient enterprise, a correction coefficient is established according to the criterion "the riskiness of successful development of technology".en
