In modern high-precision technical systems, ensuring effective vibration isolation remains one of the key challenges, particularly under low frequency conditions. A promising solution is the use of quasi-zero stiffness (QZS) elements, which reduce vibration transmission by combining high static load-bearing capacity with low dynamic stiffness near equilibrium. This paper presents an analytical review of current approaches to designing vibration isolation systems with QZS characteristics, with a focus on geometric and structural design principles. Beam-based implementations, which are structurally simple and technologically accessible for further
modeling and optimization, are considered.
