Формування фінансової стратегії: теоретичний аспект

Abstract

У статті досліджено теоретичні аспекти сутності фінансової стратегії як складової загальноекономічного плану підприємства і необхідність її практичної реалізації з метою покращення фінансового стану суб’єкта господарювання та його подальшого стійкого розвитку. З дійснено обґрунтування її місця та значення у загальній стратегії підприємства з урахуванням особливостей прийняття управлінських рішень. Узагальнено етапи формування фінансової стратегії. Доведено, що фінансова стратегія є вектором управління підприємством та його виробничо-господарською діяльністю у сучасному конкурентному ринковому середовищі.

The article deals with the theoretical aspects of the essence of financial strategy as a component of the general economic plan of the enterprise and the necessity of its practical implementation with the purpose of improving the financial state of the enterprise and its further sustainable development are investigated in the article. The substantiation of its place and importance in the overall strategy of the enterprise, taking into account the specifics of making managerial decisions, is carried out. The stages of forming a financial strategy are summarized. It is proved that financial strategy is the main vector of enterprise management and its production and economic activity in a modern competitive market environment.
