Розробка рекомендацій по формуванню інтегрального показника комплаєнс-безпеки промислового підприємства

Abstract

У статті розглянуті питання дослідження та аналізу існуючих методичних підходів до оцінки ефективності використання комплаєнс-програми і розробка на цій основі рекомендацій по формуванню інтегрального показника ефективності використання комплаєнс-функції на промисловому підприємстві. Комплаєнс сьогодні став дієвим інструментом відводу такого роду загроз від практики виробничо-комерційної діяльності промислового підприємства. Виходячи з цих посилань, запропоновано ввести в економічну термінологію дефініцію "комплаєнс безпека підприємства". Новий термін потребує створення методично-методологічної бази визначенні інтегрального показника, який би визначав рівень комплаєнс-загроз на промисловому підприємстві.

The article deals with the research and analysis of existing methodological approaches to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the compliance program and the development of recommendations on the formation of an integral indicator of the efficiency of the use of compliant functions at an industrial enterprise on this basis. Compensation today has become an effective tool for removing such threats from the practice of industrial and commercial activity of an industrial enterprise. Based on these references, it is proposed to introduce in the economic terminology the definition of "Compliance of enterprise security". The new term calls for the establishment of a methodological and methodological basis for defining an integral indicator that would determine the level of compliance-threats on an industrial enterprise.
