Совершенствование приводного турбокомпрессора двухтактного дизеля 3ТД-3А

Abstract

Представлены результаты экспериментальных и расчётных исследований приводного турбокомпрессора дизеля 3ТД-3А с мультипликатором, используемым в дизеле 5ТДФ. Показано, что за счёт увеличения частоты вращения вала и КПД турбины, снижения механических потерь в мультипликаторе компрессора улучшена топливная экономичность дизеля. Для расширения диапазона характеристик компрессора с трехъярусным рабочим колесом увеличенного диаметра предложено применять на входе щелевое устройство с присоединённым объёмом.The experimental and calculated studies applied in a diesel of a 3TD-3А, drive turbocompressor with a multiplicator (experimental drive), used in the compressor of the engine 5TDF are introduced. Is rotined, that the applying of an experimental drive meliorates fuel profitability of a diesel of a 3TD-3А at the expense of magnification of a rotation speed of the turbine, that increases boiler efficiency, and also at the expense of lowering mechanical losses in a multiplicator of the compressor. It is offered to apply to expansion of a gamut of performances of the compressor with three stage by an impellor of the augmented diameter on an input the slotted device with affixed bulk.
