Статистичне оцінювання тиску на ринку праці України

Abstract

Ринок праці виступає важливою складовою будь-якої національної економіки, оскільки він формує якісні та кількісні параметри необхідної робочої сили, від якої залежать можливості структурної трансформації та динамічних змін в економіці країни. У зв’язку з цим актуальними є питання дослідження середовища функціонування ринку праці на підставі постійного моніторингу попиту та пропозиції робочої сили та оцінювання їх впливу на ситуацію на національному та регіональному ринках праці. Мета статті полягає в проведенні статистичного аналізу основних тенденцій розвитку вітчизняного ринку праці та оцінювання тиску з боку різних соціально-демографічних груп населення на його формування й розвиток. Методологічною та інформаційною основою дослідження виступили монографії науковців, в яких висвітлюються проблеми розвитку сучасного ринку праці, матеріали періодичних видань і ресурси Internet із зазначеної проблематики, статистична інформація сайтів Державної служби статистики України, Державної служби зайнятості, Міністерства фінансів. При проведенні дослідження використано метод узагальнення інформації, статистичні методи групування, порівняння, координації, вивчення структури, динаміки. У результаті дослідження було виділено групи населення, які формують ринок праці; здійснено аналіз динаміки основних демографічних показників населення, що характеризують ринок праці та впливають на його формування; розглянуто тенденцію показників, що справляють тиск на ринок праці; проаналізовано співвідношення попиту, пропозиції та працевлаштування робочої сили в динаміці; проведено порівняння регіонів України за співвідношенням кількості безробітних, вакансій та середньої заробітної плати за вакансіями. Перспективами подальших досліджень у напрямі формування та регулювання сучасного ринку праці є оцінювання впливу кількісної та якісної структури трудових міграційних потоків на стан вітчизняного ринку праці й розвиток економіки країни в цілому.The labor market is an important component of any national economy since it forms the qualitative and quantitative parameters of the necessary labor force, on which the possibilities of structural transformation and dynamic changes in the country’s economy depend. In this regard, studying the labor market environment based on continuous monitoring of labor supply and demand and assessing their impact on the situation on the national and regional labor markets is relevant. The aim of the article is to conduct a statistical analysis of the main development trends in the Ukrainian labor market and assess the pressure of various socio-demographic groups of population on its formation and development. The methodological and informational basis of the study is scientific monographs, which highlight problems of the development of the modern labor market, materials from periodicals and Internet resources on these issues, statistical information from the websites of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the State Employment Service, and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. In the course of the study, the following methods are used: the generalization method, statistical methods of grouping, comparison, coordination, analysis of structure and trends. As a result of the study the population groups forming the labor market are identified; the analysis of the behavior of the main demographic indicators characterizing the labor market and affecting its formation is conducted; trends in the indicators exerting pressure on the labor market are considered; the correlation of demand, supply and employment of labor in dynamics is analyzed; a comparison of the regions of Ukraine in terms of the correlation of the number of unemployed, vacancies and average wages for the vacancies is carried out. Prospects for further research in the area of formation and regulation of the modern labor market are to assess the impact of the quantitative and qualitative structure of labor migration flows on the state of the Ukrainian labor market and the development of the country’s economy as a whole.
