Інноваційне підприємництво та бізнес-моделювання

Abstract

У навчально-методичному посібнику викладено теоретичні та прикладні засади інноваційного підприємництва і бізнес-моделювання. Розглянуто організаційні форми інноваційної діяльності, особливості функціонування інноваційних підприємств, роль бізнесу у впровадженні інновацій, механізми пошуку та оцінювання можливостей для започаткування і розвитку підприємницької діяльності. Висвітлено підходи до формування та розвитку бізнес-ідей, побудови бізнес-моделей, обґрунтування підприємницьких рішень і оцінювання ефективності інноваційних проєктів. Окрему увагу приділено розвитку креативного мислення, пошуку джерел інноваційних ідей, аналізу підприємницьких можливостей, а також практичному моделюванню фінансово-економічної діяльності підприємства. Посібник поєднує теоретичний матеріал, контрольні запитання та практичні завдання, спрямовані на формування навичок прийняття обґрунтованих підприємницьких рішень. Призначено для здобувачів вищої освіти спеціальності С1 «Економіка та міжнародні економічні відносини (за спеціалізаціями)» усіх форм здобуття освіти, аспірантів, викладачів, а також усіх, хто цікавиться питаннями інноваційного підприємництва та бізнес-моделювання.

The teaching and methodological manual presents the theoretical and applied foundations of innovative entrepreneurship and business modelling. It examines the organisational forms of innovation activity, the specific features of innovation-driven enterprises, the role of business in implementing innovations, and mechanisms for identifying and assessing opportunities for starting and developing entrepreneurial activities. The manual also covers approaches to generating and developing business ideas, designing business models, substantiating entrepreneurial decisions, and evaluating the effectiveness of innovation projects. Particular attention is paid to the development of creative thinking, the identification of sources of innovative ideas, the analysis of entrepreneurial opportunities, and the practical modelling of an enterprise’s financial and economic activities. The manual combines theoretical material, self-assessment questions, and practical assignments aimed at developing the skills required to make well-founded entrepreneurial decisions. The publication is intended for higher education students enrolled in Speciality C1 “Economics and International Economic Relations (by specialisation)” in all modes of study, as well as for PhD students, academic staff, and anyone interested in innovative entrepreneurship and business modelling.
