Abstract

In article distinctions between processes of economic growth and socially developments are investigated and is established that growth limits usually acsogenny and can be expanded at the expense of attraction of external investments. Development limits andogennyand consequently are necessary for their expansion for an innovation. The generalised strategy of growth and development of Ukraine, based on a support principle on own forces is offered.
