Анотація
The principles of formal description for themetal-oxide systems with a wide spectrum of application fields, based on electrochemical technologies of synthesis an are offered. The description of the such systems state is proposed to be constructed by the graphs theory, which allows to visualize the nature of transformations and to establish quantitative parameters of dynamics of the indicated processes as the intensity of transitions between individual states. A generalized inversion scheme of a two-component bimetal system is constructed, which takes into account the presence of individual metals, their alloy, two monoxides and a hetero oxide compound. The factors influencing the nature and intensity of transitions between the nodes of the graph are analyzed and an example of inversion of a metal oxide composite structural elements is shown.
