Исследование влияния технологических параметров процесса высокоскоростного фрезерования на качество обработки закаленных сталей

Abstract

Extensive research process parameters cutting hardened steels based on the finite element method and experimental approach was conducted. The results of computer simulations were used to predict the distribution of temperature and stress distribution in the cutting process and the nature of chip formation, and to assess the integrity of the surface and the hardness of the treated material. The experimental approach was used to estimate the roughness of the surface micro-hardness and the nature of the damaged layer of the treated material under different processing conditions.
