dc.description.abstractРозглянуті положення використання індикаторного підходу для визначення соціально-економічної ситуації на локальному рівні. Визначені підсистеми економічної та соціальної сфер з конкретними елементами для розрахунку індексу стійкості соціально-економічного розвитку. На прикладі м. Одеси розраховано індекс стійкого розвитку, що дозволило проаналізувати становище кожної підсистеми міста та виявити проблемні підрозділи, які перешкоджають загальному розвитку. Зроблені висновки щодо перспектив та вдосконалення стратегії соціально-економічного розвитку.uk
dc.description.abstractMethodical conditions of using of indicator approach to determine the socio-economic situation at the local level were considered. Subsystems of economic and social spheres with the specific elements for the calculation of the socioeconomic development stability index were determined. As an integral indicator of the economic sphere, the growth rate was elected, as a general indicator of the social sphere element – the quantity of population. On the example of Odessa city the index of sustainable economic and social development was calculated, that allowed to analyze the state of each subsystem of the city and identify problem units that prevent general sustainable development. Negative dynamics of the first subsystem and positive dynamics of a second one, defining future directions in improving the management of such leading sectors as industry, services and construction, was proved. The conclusions regarding the prospects of the city and improvement of socio-economic development were made.en
