Возбуждение геликонов в полупроводниковых структурах в условиях воздействия ЭМИ

Abstract

The work is connected with investigation of features of excitation of magnetoplasma oscillations propagating at an angle to constant, parallel to the boundary, magnetic field. Surface helicons occupy a special place among the oscillations of such type. Results of investigations of interaction of surface helicons with sources of electromagnetic radiation moving along the boundary, obtained in thework, open new possibilities of registration of slow magnetoplasma waves under the action of external EMP. Resonant interaction of the charged particle with field of monochromatic wave underlies a mechanism of transformation of kinetic energy of the source into electromagnetic radiation.
