Abstract
Проведен анализ распространенных методов и средств неразрушающего контроля металлоизделий. Изучены особенности вихретокового контроля. Показаны соотношения для векторного потенциала магнитного поля созданного переменным током линейного проводника. Проведен расчет плотности вихревых токов в листовом образце из ферромагнитного и неферромагнитного металлов. Показан сложный характер распределения потока вихревых токов, который зависит от свойств контролируемого металла.
The analysis of common methods and means of nondestructive testing of metal. The features of eddy-current testing. Shows the relationship for the vector potential of the magnetic field generated by alternating current linear conductor. The calculation of the density of the eddy-currents in the sample sheet of ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic metals. The graphs, allowing to estimate the parameters of the eddy-currents in the interior as a non-ferromagnetic and ferromagnetic metals. Illustrates the complexity of the flow distribution of the eddy currents, which depends on the properties of controlled metal. Shown that for a ferromagnetic material must mention the great spreading of eddy-currents near the surface compared to the non-magnetic metal. It is shown that the maximum value of eddy-current density is at a depth rather than on the surface of the inspection object.
