Abstract
В статті досліджено кінетику сорбції солодких плиток "Калгемчик", "Редгемчик" та "Фітогемчик" за різної вологості оточуючого середовища. Встановлено раціональні умови температурно-вологістного режиму при їх зберіганні.
Kinetics of persorption of sweet tiles of «Kalgemchyk», «Redgemchyk» and «Fytogemchyk» was investigated in the article at different humidity of environment. The rational terms of the temperature and humidity modes are set for their storage.
