Новий зміст навчання майбутніх фахівців з охорони праці в сучасних умовах

Abstract

Мета. Розробити пропозиції та рекомендації щодо використання сучасних інструментів цифрових технологій у навчальний процес при підготовці бакалаврів та магістрів за освітньо- професійною програмою «Охорона праці» спеціальності 263 «Цивільна безпека» для підвищення якості навчання з урахуванням вимог ринку праці. Методика. Загальнонаукові (порівняння, класифікація, узагальнення, систематизація) та емпіричні (спостереження, пошук, опис, аналіз, SWOT-аналіз) методи дослідження. Результати. В результаті огляду літературних джерел було проаналізовано нові технології навчання: технології віртуальної та доповненої реальності (VR/AR), що містять навчальні ігри та поведінкову симуляцію, штучний інтелект, хмарні технології, відеоінструктажі, що дозволяють усунути невідповідність між необхідними та існуючими компетенціями майбутніх фахівців з охорони праці. Проведено SWOT-аналіз для оцінки основних проблем та ризиків впровадження сучасних інструментів цифровізації в освітній процес при викладанні за освітньо-професійною програмою «Охорона праці». У ході аналізу кейсів застосування цифрових технологій було отримано дані, які дозволили виявити слабкі та сильні сторони технологій, можливості їх застосування та загрози, з якими можуть стикатися всі учасники освітнього процесу в сучасних умовах. При правильному використанні потенціалу технологій всі учасники зможуть досягти бажаних результатів за рахунок підвищення продуктивності праці, покращення робочих процесів, ефективної побудови системи управління працею, поглиблення професійних компетенцій своїх співробітників та майбутніх фахівців. Наукова новизна. Показано застосування сучасних цифрових технологій: віртуальної та доповненої реальності (VR/AR), штучного інтелекту, хмарних технологій для вирішення завдань під час навчання майбутніх фахівців охорони праці в умовах воєнного стану з урахуванням сучасних вимог ринку праці. Практична значимість. Підвищення рівня застосування сучасних цифрових технологій всіма учасниками освітнього процесу за освітньо-професійною програмою «Охорона праці» сприятиме підвищенню якості освіти в умовах воєнного стану та підвищенню професійного рівня майбутніх фахівців.Purpose. To develop proposals and recommendations for the modern digital technology tools usage in the educational process in the training of bachelors and masters in the educational and professional program «Occupational Safety and Health», specialty 263 «Civil Security» to improve the quality of education, taking into account the requirements of the labor market. Methodology. General scientific (comparison, classification, generalization, systematization) and empirical (observation, search, description, analysis, SWOT analysis) research methods were used. Results. As a result of the literature review, new learning technologies were analyzed: virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) technologies containing educational games and behavioral simulation, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, video instructions, which allow to eliminate the discrepancy between the required and existing competencies of future occupational safety and health specialists. A SWOT analysis was conducted to assess the main problems and risks of introducing modern digitalization tools into the educational process when teaching under the educational and professional program «Occupational Safety and Health». During the analysis of cases of digital technologies use, data that allowed us to identify the weaknesses and strengths of technologies have been obtained, the possibilities of their application and the threats that all participants in the educational process may face in modern conditions have been determined. With the proper use of the potential of technology, all participants will be able to achieve the desired results by increasing labor productivity, improving work processes, effectively building a labor management system, and deepening the professional competencies of their employees and future specialists. Scientific novelty. The article shows the use of modern digital technologies: virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR), artificial intelligence, cloud technologies to solve problems in the training of future occupational safety and health specialists under martial law, taking into account modern labor market requirements. Practical significance. Increasing the level of modern digital technologies application by all participants in the educational process under the educational and professional program «Occupational Safety and Health» will help to improve the quality of education under martial law and increase the professional level of future specialists.
