Процес соціалізації особистості та його вплив на професійно-спрямований розвиток

Abstract

У статті проведено аналіз наукових поглядів та концептуальних розробок щодо процесу соціалізації особистості. Зроблено огляд теорій соціалізації вітчизняних та закордонних вчених. Розкрито тлумачення поняття «професійно-спрямований розвиток». Теоретично доведено вплив процесу соціалізації особистості на його професійно-спрямований розвиток.The article analyzes the scientific views and conceptual developments of the process of socialization of the individual. Theories of socialization of domestic and foreign scientists are reviewed. The notion of "professionally-directed development" is disclosed. The article reveals the influence of the level of socialization of the individual on the professional orientation. The historical aspect influencing the development of new theories of socialization by domestic scientists. The professional orientation is characterized, which is characterized by the aspirations, inclinations, motivation and interest of the person to a particular professional activity, attitude to the profession itself. The importance of the process of social interactions on the process of socialization of the personality in which the subjective "I" is stabilized has been proved. The process of socialization, which is formed under the influence of factors such as upbringing, family, educational institutions, the public, interest groups, the state, etc., has been studied. Theoretically, the influence of the process of socialization of a person on his professionally directed development has been proved.
