Abstract

In the article the aspects of innovative activity of the enterprise are given, the general classification of technological innovations is extended. Approaches to adapt the methodology for assessing innovation capacity are proposed. The positioning of the enterprise is considered and recommendations on the type of innovations that can correlate with the future model of development are given. The development of an innovative business model based on an assessment of the company's innovation potential is explores in the article. Considerable attention to choosing the appropriate type of innovation is paid. It is justified that, precisely, ensuring long-term economic growth requires an innovative development model.
