Abstract

There are elaborated measures on rational use of thermal energy in electrical resistance bell furnaces of type SGZ at annealing of steel wire bounths. Introduction of rational redistribution of the power by the high of heating bell and energy-saving regime of annealing for annealing of this wire allowed essential to reduce energy expenses on the realization of process, to promote productivity of furnaces and to stabilize the quality indexes of processed wire.
