Розподіл залишкових технологічних напружень у зоні кільцевих зварних з'єднань кусково-однорідних оболонкових машинобудівних конструкцій

Abstract

На основі уточненої теорії оболонок побудовано математичну модель розрахунково-експериментального методу визначення залишкових напружень в зонах зварних швів кусково-однорідних оболонок у машинобудівних конструкціях та проведено числовий аналіз задачі.Based on the refined theory of shells a mathematical model of calculation-experimental method is constructed for measuring of residual stresses in welded zones of piecewise-homogeneous shells in machine building structures. We construct solutions of the governing equations of refined theory of shells and obtained expressions for calculation of residual stresses at any point of weld. The parametric analysis of the problem has been made.
